The Escape Fitness Octagon™ hub training system (HTS) is a destination for interactive group training, allowing trainers to work with multi-ability groups on a variety of programs. There are multiple suspension training anchor points for ropes, bands, and tubes, and space beneath the elevated HTS frame for work with free-standing equipment.

Performance IQ (PIQ) is an intelligent tracking system that measures and displays performance results in a fun and engaging environment, allowing you to track your calories and see your heart rate data in real time. PIQ offers a wireless display based on the accurate data it collects from participants.
HEART RATE DISPLAY METRICS
Our PIQ system pairs with any number of data devices and is compatible with all brands of ANT+ based heart rate strap. After an easy, one-time set up, you'll see accurate heart rate and calorie information throughout your workout. Heart rate straps are available for purchase at the Business Desk.
Classes are all 45-minutes in length. We recommend that you bring water and a towel with you and wear athletic shoes. You can also bring a flash drive to download a more detailed class metric report.
If it's your first HIIT Zone class, please arrive early to allow time to sync your data device.
