Yes! If you have a fitness tracker or device with an app, you can connect it to our Y app so your information syncs automatically.
- Click on the Connected Apps tile in the Y app.
- Find the your fitness app and click connect.
- Follow the prompts to connect the apps.
It may take up to 24 hours for data from your fitness app to show up in the Y app.
If your fitness tracker's app is not included in the list of Connected Apps, feel free to try the MyFitnessPal app for Android or iOS. Connect your fitness device to MyFitnessPal, and My Fitness Pal to the Y app, and you're all set!
If you are having trouble with our app (signing in, resetting your password, logging a workout, syncing a device, adding your member barcode, etc.), we suggest you first check for updates or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If you're using the current version of the app, but are still running into issues, you can request help from eGym support in our Y app by clicking on your profile, then selecting Support, and submitting details of the issue. Support will then contact you via email.
If you can't login or are unable to reset your password, you may email support directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following in your support request:
- Type of Device (Samsung, iPhone, etc.)
- Operating System (Android, iOS)
- Your name & Email Login
- Details of the issue
