Stronger Together Challenge
WEEK 6 · MOVING FORWARD

Congratulations on successfully making it to the final week of the Stronger Together Challenge: Moving Forward! It has been an incredible journey, witnessing your progress, engaging with the vibrant Facebook group, and meeting fellow participants at our YMCA locations. Although the challenge is coming to an end, it's important to remember that our wellness journeys are far from over. Together, we will continue to build upon the strength and unity we have cultivated as a community, as we move forward towards even greater accomplishments. This week, let's take the opportunity to enhance our fitness, nurture our mental health, and fuel our bodies with nutritious choices. Let's keep the momentum alive, as we collectively strive for personal growth and continue to uplift those around us.

Stronger Together T-shirts are in for anyone who registered for the challenge by April 30th. Make sure to pick up your t-shirt by June 23 from the branch you designated at registration. Shirts will not be available after that date. It's a symbol of your commitment and the positive impact you have made during this remarkable journey.
